Airtime Product

Can I pause the advertising content halfway through the contractual period?


Yes. This feature is made available for selective subscriptions.

Can I purchase multiple packages to be activated at different period?

What is the shortest contractual duration available in your airtime contract?

Our airtime duration can be accustomed to any duration more than 60”.

Do you provide statistical report at the end of the airtime campaign?


Upon request, the Total Number of Airtime Appearance and Total Number of Outlets’ Footfalls will be communicated at the end of campaign




How do you validate the numbers in the report?


Our Content Management System has established ways to track the appearance of every piece of content played on every outlet ;

Our Outlets will also validate the footfall by documenting the number of queue attended [clinics], and number of sales [laundrette]




Is there any special rate if I sign up for more than 1 month?


Yes. There are specific rates and features allotted for subscriptions of 3, 6, and 12 months.

Airtime Content

What are the requirements of submitted airtime content?

How shall I submit my airtime content?


Upon activating subscription, Link
a Shared Drive link will be provided for you to drop off your content material




When can I expect my submitted airtime content to be approved?


Within 72 Hours of any working day Link




When will my approved airtime content be air-ed on JAM360?


Upon approval, your airtime content will be inserted into a scheduled playlist, programmed to be air-ed on your selected air-ing date, or
any date no earlier than 10 working days Link




What happen if my airtime content got rejected?


Our Product Specialist will communicate the reason of rejection, and advise on probable revision,

However, it is your choice whether to proceed with the revision or refund your subscription.




Will I get refunded if my airtime content got rejected?

Does JENADS provide services of content creation?


Yes.
However, this is not our primary business hence our options are limited.

What if I have more than 1 content to advertise within the same airtime contractual period?


Our playlist can be programmed to accommodate multiple content. However, this feature is regulated with matching terms.

JAM360 Outlets

How many JAM360 outlets are ready to-date?

Am I allowed to distribute product samples in JAM360 outlets?


This is an occasional feature of which we are open to proposal, but must consider the context of the campaign.

Can I select which JAM360 outlet to advertise my airtime content?


Regretfully this feature is not supported in Phase 1.

It will be made available when we roll out our Phase 2 deployment. Date to be affirmed.





About JAM360

What is the difference between JAM360 & other OOHM?


JAM360 is designed to Captively Advertising the Right Message to the Right Audience segment, in the context of the Right Time [physical location & state of mind]




What is Captive Advertising?


It refers to the provision of undivided audience attention to advertising contents, through
- closed broadcast environment, and
- when the audience is in his/her idle state of mind [Link]




How is it possible?


- Selective outlets of high dwell time, and frequently accessed ;
- Screen located indoor in a relatively closure compound, to ensure higher visibility ;
- Undivided attention through associated running queue number published on the screen, and play Captivating Content such as PSA, Movie Trailers, News




Any success case / metrics from past campaigns OR KPI measurement?


Regretfully, numbers hadn’t been charted for JAM360.

We do, however, wish to quote findings documented from another resembling channel,
of which TV screens were installed in captive environments like JAM360’s, but with less emphasis on captivating content.
